XML Sitemap is very important for any website. This helps search engine bots to index the website quickly. The size of the XML sitemap file should be up to 50 MB as per the guidelines of Google. In which you can show 50,000 URLs.If your website has more than 50,000 URLs, then you should separate the Sitemap file according to the category. Then you add links to all the rest of the sitemap files in your single XML sitemap file. By doing this, the size of your XML Sitemap file will be less than 50 MB.
